In today’s world, we are all burdened by lots of work doesn’t matter what our place in society – student, employee, a start-up dude or just some guy is. We all are required to do work to make our life as well as the society run on time. Consider it an attempt to contribute towards the social & economic system or an urge to earn more the passage is filled with loads of tasks & works.
Me: Everything is fine. Work was done.
Life: Wait. I am coming
But as always there is a catch because life exists. Nature says no matter how much work you have you only get 24 hours to do it and we are all hit by that. So how can we do all the work in just 24 hours & still maintain our daily routine?
The answer is simple and quite weird. The answer is we don’t. We will skip some work but don’t worry that will be based on a proper analysis of omitting what harms the least.
Have a look at the below graph.

This a simple graph is plotting your work against two axes. One is time, and the other is important. It is a rough plotting and is done by an idea only. As you can see by assigning each work a particular zone, you can set the priority (priority mentioned as numbers 1,2,3,4 in the graph above)
The tool need not be used exclusively. But while noting down work, the work can directly be recorded on such a sheet & can be utilized both as a reminder as well as a work prioritization tool.
The basic idea instead of doing all work all days ineffectively; do some work a day with full effectiveness with least harm caused. The tool has already proved its success in the corporate world but can also be applied to personal life to manage time.
Me: Everything is fine. Work was done.
Life: Wait. I am coming
Me: No issue. This time I got you.
